James is a designer. He graduated with first class honours in Graphic Design from Falmouth University in 2025. James’ practice focuses heavily on typographical solutions. He works across both printed and digital outcomes, with a keen interest in editorial design and has systematic and holistic approach which underpins his design practice.

Alongside his education he has attended editorial courses taught by Andrew Howard, Hamish Muir, Ana Resende and has collaborated with other designers from all over the world. During his time at Falmouth he was also taught by a previous The District designer Ryan Bartaby, who oversaw his projects during his final year.
