Wilde Aparthotels

08/2025

Working with the newly launched Wilde Aparthotel Cambridge, an exciting group of passionate people who alongside Cambridge have just opened Vienna and Lisbon, we delivered a programme of culinary, artistic and cultural events to launch their new space Oscars into the neighbourhood. Thanks to friend and collaborator Alex White - we had a ball.

Burrows Lea

08/2025

This new identity we created for Burrows Lea Country House is respectful of the site's heritage whilst expressing connection, transformation, and inspiration. An important juncture for the foundation as it embraces a new chapter as a home for world-class retreats, corporate wellness breaks and private celebrations.

Create Cambridge

04/2025

When over the years we have been asked why Cambridge, the subtext being why not London, our response is simple — Cambridge is a city of unparalleled innovating of unbridled questioning and of unsurpassed minds. Working with a newly founded organisation whose aim is to put the city firmly on the cultural map, we have created a brand identity and have a seat at the table with the best and brightest people from arts and cultural organisations across the city to help drive things in a city we are very happy to call home.

Love Mill Road

07/2024

Having called Mill Road our home for many years we were thrilled when we were approached by a new charity who among many other things run the amazing Mill Road Winter Fair. Our concept was simple - the addition of a trusty comma, to make the logo a warm and inclusive sign off. Many exciting applications to come.

Cambridge Design Rooms

01/2024

Working with friend, neighbour and creative entrepreneur Janet Scotcher we developed an energetic identity that is a visual allusion to stitch patterns, for her initiative Cambridge Design Rooms. Here it is in all its yellow glory.

Downing College

08/2023

The senior management team decided they needed to stamp out racism at the college in any form. We created a call to arms reminding people it is not enough to simply not be racist, we have to collectively be ANTI RACIST. And a good reminder for us to put idea before execution.

Network Rail / the Design Museum

07/2023

Working in collaboration with architects and friends Neubau we participated in an international competition run by Network Rail in partnership with the Royal Institute of British Architects and the Design Museum, to design a new timepiece for the country's rail network. We were in the long-list of 8 which was then shortened down to 5 from the hundreds of global entrants.

Unfortunately

03/2023

For fun we collated all of the unfortunate emails that have landed in our inbox over the years covering the ‘thank you but no thank yous’, unavailable sanitary ware, unusable images and of course, the weather. When our shop is launched very soon you will be able buy your very own copy.

Cambridge School of Art

09/2022

We were honoured to be asked to guest lecture at the Cambridge School of Art, having worked in different capacities for Anglia Ruskin University over the years from giving awards to setting briefs. In this intense few weeks we set a brief to MA Graphic Design and Illustration students. It was a fascinating intersection that offered a fascinating experience. I truly believe we learned as much from the experience as the students.

The Technology Partnership

03/2021

We were asked to develop a bold and energetic identity to celebrate TTPs sponsorship of The Cambridge Half Marathon. Using the process of training for, and ultimately running a marathon, a metaphor for the process of innovation in science and technology, we played with type to create something as dynamic and energetic as the race itself.

Zara

07/2021

We were excited to be appointed by Zara to design their campaign website for the Autumn and Winter Childrens range. Here is our verbal and visual approach.

Formica

08/2020

Formica is the name in beautiful, robust and creative surfacing solutions.  As a part of an initiative to give voice to their customers, one such customer, an independent furniture maker Mark Doyle asked us to express the beauty of his work. Working with photographer Alex Bibby, we treated the furniture almost as graphics themselves, art directing a suite of images that captured the geometry and colour of Mark's thoughtful work.
